3. Unworn and Unused: The item you wish to exchange should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items cannot be exchanged, including customized articles (custom-sized articles) and service charges (such as priority stitching).

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and won't be returned.

Faulty Articles:

1. Complain Period: Complaints about faulty articles must be raised within 3 days of delivery. After that, complaints cannot be entertained.
